Get ready for the fourth annual, 2016 Mystic Blues Festival!

The Fourth Annual Mystic Blues Festival kicks off Friday August 12 with its unique blend of blues and roots-based music at a new location for 2016. The Festival will be held at the beautiful North Stonington Fairgrounds, just off of Route 2 in North Stonington, Connecticut.

Headlining the three day Festival are six-time Grammy winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member Dr. John and the Nite Trippers, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and DUMPSTAPHUNK featuring Ivan Neville, Ian Neville, Tony Hall, Nick Daniels III & Alvin Ford, Jr.

Also performing this year are Festival favorites Roomful of Blues, Christine Ohlman & Rebel Montez, and Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters.

“We are once again proud to present so many great, nationally recognized musicians at this year’s festival,” said Mystic Blues Festival President Chris Leigh, who along with his wife Amy founded the Mystic Blues Festival. “We are thrilled with our new venue at the North Stonington Fairgrounds which is easily accessible, provides a lot more space for festival goers and has on-site parking.”
