Description

This fitness app is made to allow you to create your own workout regime and monitor your progress!

You can create your own exercises and decide how you measure them, whether it be reps, weights, time, distance...it’s all there.

You decide how many weeks your program will last, which exercises fall on which days, and then just begin!

Record your accomplishments each day and even set goals for next time, with your exercise history just being a tap away.

While this is great for setting up the same routines every day, it's perfect for fitness routines that rely on using varying routines for "muscle confusion", like the p90X program.
