Choose from these workout categories:
* Pace (from 7:30 min / mile to 14 min / mile)
* Distance (from 5 - 100k)
* Time (20min - 4 hours)
* Programmes (from Couch-to-5k and more)

How it works:
1. Select a Category
2. Select a workout
3. Select Intensity - low, medium or high.
4. Press Go

...and Workout DJ Running selects your music.
