Your Goals app lets you:

-Clearly record what are your motivations to achieve a specific goal. This is invaluable when you want to do too many things at once and need to prioritize what you will do now and what will have to wait for later.

-Sort goals according to the various area of your life. Working only on goals in a single sphere might lead to success at the price of balance.

-Document and reflect on the triggers related to your goals. What does success look like? What are the obstacles and opportunities? Is it a SMART goal?

-Mark progress on each of your active goals during your daily review and log comments on your development.

-Consult the journal and see at a glance if you are making steady progress on all of your active goals. If some of your goals are getting left behind, maybe it’s time to mark some of them failed or re-negotiate and make them inactive for now.

-Quickly brainstorm everything that is on your mind and keep all those inactive one-day maybe goals safely recorded in a system where you know you can review them later.
