Improved location-based tracking for better results
Bug fixes:
* Slide-out menu wasn't appearing with a bad internet connection
* Map view, when used a certain way, was repeating GPS lookups
* List view, under certain instances, wouldn't refresh old data
* Inbox view was sometimes showing read messages as unread
