The accuracy of CT enterographic model in our investigation was 95.7% which indicated that in the diagnosisflow sheet of differentiating CD and ITB, CTE should be considered as the first modality.

2. Crohn's disease activty
The accuracy of this model established by using the spectral CT enterographic parameters was 96.4%, which suggests that spectral CT enterography can help improve the accuracy in assessment of CD activity, thus enabling selection of the most appropriate treatment (medical management or intervention) for an improved outcome.
