Description

**The app will prompt you to set up your cover on your initial installation. After this has been completed - click on the Add/Delete button on the top to add tabs to begin** Feel free to contact us at [email protected] with any questions or help to use in your school. We are teachers too!

The purpose of this app is for students to record data from ongoing assessments in chart and graph form. A tab can be created for every subject taken in a school year. There is also an agenda tab that allows students to track their daily assignments, absences, and behavior. It is also helpful to create a “note” tab for the purpose of communication between teacher and parents. In addition, a share feature has been added. This allows students and teachers to share their agenda and data information via email. To ensure parent communication, a print feature is available. This allows the teacher or student to print information from the agenda/data notebook and send the printed sheets home to parents. Example tabs: Reading, Math, Science, and Spelling etc.

Teachers can also use this app. The teacher can create a tab for each class and data point he/she wishes to track in the classroom. The agenda portion can be used to track assignments planned for past/upcoming days. This information can be emailed to the student or parent. The embedded data input can be emailed from each teacher to the principal for upcoming meetings. Example tabs: 1st block, 2nd block, 3rd block etc.

Principals can also use this app. The principal can create a tab for each classroom/grade in their school. This information is useful in tracking the different grades/classes in the school. It can be emailed from each teacher and plugged into the principal’s data notebook. Example tabs: Benchmarks, oral reading fluency rates, reading levels, and attendance.
