This is a simple user based wifi rating system.
user will open the app to rate the wifi strength and/or speed of thier current location.
User will simply open a map or locate themselves on a map and either rate a wifi or look at other users rating of a local wifi.
this rating app can be used to evaluate or rate the wifi service of a HotelMotelCoffee house.. etc etc.
Simply put a customer can locate himself and look at how other users rate the hotelmotelbusiness before he commits to a night stay at that location.

Hit the app.
locate himself on the map or enter a zip code.
browse the ratings by geolocation.
leave a rating based on experience.
