The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM or SOCOM) has organized Z-SOG Commanded by Major General Barry Goldwater V, assisted by Brigadier General
Carlos R. Norris IV.

Based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida the units are rapidly deployed from MacDill or from Zone Zed at Wright-Patterson AFB via the 3rd, 5th, 7th or 33rd Air Wing.
Z-SOG is comprised of 5,312 Officers and Men tasked with the rapid response to Catastrophic Zombie Outbreaks.

Z-SOG Warriors are deployed via Air, Sea, Land. Whether HALO/HAHO insertions from a Skunkworks C-160-Z Or Fast roping from a SH-60F Seahawk.

Blazing into action in the highly mobile M1AZ Abrams Tank With 900mm of composite armor and 4 turbine engines… or arriving covertly via a SS Z-1 magna drive mini sub.

Z-SOG also employs covert insertion vehicles like the GCV-Z, a combination ACAV attack vehicle and APC ( armored personnel carrier ) cleverly disguised as an Ice Cream Truck and the “Brown Thunder” a War Wagon resembling a UPS Truck.

Z-SOG conducts overt, covert and clandestine missions, such as direct action, special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, foreign internal defense, unconventional warfare, psychological warfare, civil affairs, and counter-infection operations.

Brothers in Arms and Blood Brothers, Buzz & Jack Smackem are the forward observers collecting intelligence. Their mission to observe, identify and report zombie strength and positions to SOCOM commanders.

Buzz & Zack are behind Biohazard lines and must cut a path back to the free frontier and get the vital intelligence to SOCOM for the hot response.
