ABCs for Little Children gives your child the opportunity to practise the alphabet and learn letter names and their sequence.

This game is the free Lite version of ABCs for Little Children which has more games and features, such as phonetic letter sounds, upper and lower case letters, and handwritten letters.
 
Children can play with upper case letters and fill in the missing letters. A hint facility allows them to find the next letter if they do not know what it looks or sounds like. 
 
Letter-name knowledge before formal reading instruction is one of the strongest predictors of children’s later reading ability.
Children who can recognise the letters of the alphabet have an easier time learning how to read and thus do better in school.
 
Alphabetic knowledge requires letter shape, name and sound recognition ABCs for Little Children Lite gives the child the opportunity to do this all in an entertaining and interactive way.
