When you're in classroom,office,subway,bus,party,etc..

NO NEED to connect to the same hotspot, you just need to open your WiFi or Bluetooth.
But your will get better (farther,faster)connection if you use WiFi and connect to the same hotspot.


You can find other nearby devices even in background (by Bluetooth),and it can figure out a almost distance(not accurate) between devices.

The largest distance might be 10-20 meters.but it can be larger if more people connect together,or connect to the same hotspot.
