This App provides the essential Amount of Pound and Years' Purchase multipliers for use in property valuation and other related purposes.

It allows the user to specify the interest rate (yield) and term of years as well as the annual sinking fund rate and income tax rate as applicable.

It also provides a more portable and reduced version of the data contained within Parry's Valuation and Investment Tables and is designed with surveying and valuation students in mind but will be a useful tool for chartered surveyors and property valuation practitioners alike.
