Description

Ankle sprains are common sports related injuries. Scientific studies have proven the value of neuromuscular training in the prevention of such injuries. This application contains one of such evaluated preventive training programs. Next to specific exercises an 8-week prescribed program is included that leads to significant reductions in ankle sprain risk.

The program has been developed and evaluated by experts from the VU University Medical Center in the Netherlands. The program is supported by the British Journal of Sports Medicine.

Re-imagening of the Ankle app, incorporating the new iOS 7 design.

All exercises are now supported by animations.

Option to plan your exercises and set push notifications to guide you through the program.
