Description

Dinosaur Train Mesozoic Math Adventures makes it easy for children to grasp early math and science skills. The app contains four interactive games based on the hit PBS KIDS series DINOSAUR TRAIN. Each game has three levels of difficulty that challenge each child when he/she is ready.

Your child will develop math skills including counting, sequencing and statistical problem-solving and explore life sciences vocabulary and concepts alongside Buddy, Tiny and Don. Your child can organize Don’s crazy collections, learn about life cycles with Buddy, learn about the natural environment while riding the Dinosaur Train with Tiny or create his/her very own scenes from the Cretaceous, Triassic and Jurassic periods!

• Life Cycles
Your child observes Buddy playing by a pond and watches as he discovers things in and out of the water. By helping Buddy put the living things in the correct order of their life cycle stages, your child discovers how things grow and learns early biology and sequencing skills.

• Don’s Collections
Don loves to collect fossils, shells, minerals and more. Your child will help Don compare and organize his sets of objects. By doing so, he/she will learn to collect, organize, and present data in a bar chart format, identify and compare quantities and practice statistical problem-solving skills.

• Build a Scene
Your child will create his/her very own landscape using animals and plants from the Cretaceous, Triassic and Jurassic time periods. It’s a fun way to learn and develop natural environment vocabulary skills and concepts from the different time periods and practice creativity skills. Kids can also save and store their favorite scenes.

• Through the Window
Buddy and Tiny are looking out the train window as it stops along the Cretaceous, Triassic and Jurassic time periods. By looking for trees, mountains, plants and rocks, your child develops natural environment and vocabulary concepts and practices counting skills.
