If you are new to using a mobile device - or navigation and interaction are still difficult concepts for you to grasp - this app is for you.

This is an app to help the new user of the iPad or iPhone learn the basic fundamentals, such as tapping, pinching, swiping and scrolling. The app makes the user do simple activities. This is so the user can get used to touching and interacting with the device, and when they do, they see instant results.

New User goes on to explain some of the general functionality of the device, such as how to show recently used apps and how to put the device to sleep. New User also explains how to use a few of the more common apps, such as Messages, Photos, and Safari. The step-by-step instructions are supported with screenshots that show what happens onscreen during each step.
