This is an extremely easy to use and a smooth feature. Just hold down on the vault and drag left or right to rotate (swiping left or right is designed to give small rotation based the rate of the swipe)

This version makes vault rotation smooth. You can now rotate it with swipe gestures as well as pan gesture for precise control. Just touch and drag left or right to rotate or swipe left or right.
