SgMap Ultra (with a FREE built-in Singapore road map for offline use) is an off-the-road navigation software for iPhone with an integrated GPS receiver.

While most car navigation software let you plan your route based on a road network, SgMap Ultra gives you the ability of navigation where the roads end.

SgMap Ultra is an excellent tool for hiking, geocaching, boating and many other sporting activities, where the monitoring of your current location and the speed at which you are travelling can be important.

More importantly, SgMap Ultra is easy to use. Using SgMap Ultra is as simple as tapping the 'Start' button!

Other features allow users to:
- Record tracks and play them back
- Have the option to switch between their own offline map and the default Singapore map
- Monitor user-selected locations and be alerted when approaching these locations

Hint: If you are abroad and wish to use SgMap Ultra for navigation but do NOT want to incur data charges, simply turn off the cellular data in Settings.

Warning: To ensure your own safety, it is strongly advised that SgMap Ultra should NOT be used while you're driving.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
