The 6th Armada of Rouen, labeled Sail Training International (STI), will also be the starting point of the Tall Ship Race, a series of sailing events in the Baltic Sea in July, the first phase is scheduled to Den Helder in Holland. For this reason, the event, which takes place every five years, has been brought forward to June (when the five previous editions were held in July) before the flotilla set sail from June 16 for the Baltic the start of the Tall Ship's Race linking Denmark, Finland, Latvia and Poland in less than a month.
