Butler can be applied in restaurants, bars and cafes. Having installed the application, guests can order food and drinks. The system uses valid QR codes which guests scan with the help of the installed application. After scanning, a digital menu opens and this allows them to order without waiting for the waiters. With the help of the scanned QR code on their interface, the waiters can determine the location of their guests and proceed with their orders. The application cannot be used without a valid QR code.

Sustav koristi valjane QR kodove koje gosti skeniraju pomoću preuzete aplikacije. Nakon skeniranja otvara im se menu u elektronskom obliku putem kojeg mogu naručivati bez čekanja konobara. Konobar na svom sučelju pomoću skeniranog QR koda određuje lokaciju gosta, zaprima i obrađuje narudžbu.Aplikaciju nije moguće koristiti bez valjanog QR koda.
