Full Description

FitCards LX provides a 52-card deck that displays various bodyweight exercises for you to follow. Four exercises are associated with a specific muscle group and are assigned to each suit. For example, diamonds represent upper body, spades represent lower body, clubs represent abs and hearts represent cardio/isometric exercises.

Heart exercises are all timed, while the other suits are assigned reps. If you want the whole deck to only focus on upper body, lower body or core, you’ll have to make a custom deck. When making the custom deck, remember that heart cards are all timed.

You will gain points for every exercise you complete. A timer will also be provided so you can keep track of your time during game play. You can stop the game whenever you feel like you have done enough. Just press the back arrow button and choose to see your time and score. The goal is to eventually finish the whole 52 card deck in 45 minutes or less, so log your results in order to track progress.

When you beat the game, the fun isn’t over. Choose exercises with a greater level of difficulty and continue to see results.

What's New in Version 1.3

Videos are now updated to show multiple view angles. Quick game has new exercises. If the player wants to use old exercises for quick game they can choose them in the settings menu. Added several new optional exercises in the settings menu (e.g. burpies, jump rope, side lunges, curtsy squats, various types of crunches, multiple pull up and push up variations, and more).
