DiveTimer was developed with the commercial dive supervisor/lead diver in mind. Whether you are running dives from a dive van on a plush DSV, or your desk is a volume tank. You will find DiveTimer a useful tool!
Unlike kitchen timers DiveTimer was designed to work for diving. Dive times are typically rounded down to the minute, for this reason if you start DiveTimer at 13:01:15, then the timers will already show themselves 15 seconds advanced. This way elapse time and countdown timers are in sync with your dive sheets. With two countdown timers, you will find them useful for in water deco! The Count down timers can start and stop with the timer, or they can be set to work independently. DiveTimer also has a bailout checker for duration at depth. As well as being able to maintain a list of divers bailout sizes for future reference. DiveTimer has 8 original alarms, for notifying you when a timer completes! With DiveTimer on an iPhone there is no need for keeping batteries on hand for that kitchen timer which will wear out and break! Usually breaking at the worst possible time! With Automatic Date & Time set on the iPhone, DiveTimer will always present you with the correct date and time for your paper work!
