Description

This is a high intensity circuit training workout that requires no equipment. Do it at home, office, or a hotel room. Universal app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

The workout consists of twelve scientifically selected exercises each done for 30 seconds with a 10 second break in between.

The app will guide you through the workout with visual and audio cues. Play the included music or workout to your own tunes by using any music app you have on your device.
