Cam Espionage is an app that provide you a spy cam that can be used while the world is thinking that you are: sending a text, calling a friend or your phone is turned off.
The three spies mode (more coming on next versions) are:

• SMS: in this mode you can pretend to send text and receive text (the sms mode is interactively and your fake text will be answered by random interesting quotes), but while texting you can take photos, videos, etc just tapping the screen and you can look and what you are capturing by using the pan gestures;
• FAKE CALL: in this mode you can pretend to call a friend (you can choose whatever name you want even you can pretend to speak with Obama!), but while fake calling you can take photos, videos, etc just tapping the screen and you can look and what you are capturing by using the pan gestures;
• BLACK SCREEN: in this mode the screen is completely black and it seems that your iphone is turned off. But once more with just one tap and a pan gesture you can capture photo, videos and look at what you are recording.
