If you are a beginner in your practice, you can build own yoga sequences and be reminded of next pose in sequence while practicing. App includes 46 visual and fun pose animations. We've made some sample sequences suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.

Or in case you are going through a stressful period in life, it is important to breathe deeply and practice in a way that relieves stress. Pulse tells you when to take it easier, when it's time to breathe more and perform less. Integrate heart rate monitor, place the app next to your mat when practicing and you'll learn how your pulse behaves over the course of the practice.
