The app allows a transportation provider serving the CICOA clientele in the 8 counties (Marion, Hendricks, Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan) of Indianapolis to validate the rider, book a ride and deduct fares on a CICOA issued farecard after scanning a QR code. The application allows a transportation provider to scan a card to identify the a rider who qualifies for a New Freedom or Way2GO service.The provider books a ride on the app. The app calculates the fare or the number of vouchers to be charged based on the source and destination address entered when the ride is booked. The app allows the provider to view the history of the trips performed and records the actual location when the ride is completed. The ride information is send to a central server after ride completion

1. The app requires a ID to be entered initially and authenticates the ID
2. The addresses are restricted to only addresses in the state of Indiana, United States to prevent user errors.
