With Breath Watch app anyone can complete short, effective and fun 3-10min breathing practices anywhere, anytime. At home, office or while on the move.

Breath helps you to be present, focused, calm and take care of your heart health. Longer exhales can calm you down in just a few minutes where-ever, whenever. Stop the stress reaction before it gets to you!

Main functionality:
- 30 playful breath exercises based on both Yoga Breath and Mindfulness traditions
- Visual animation and textual guidance for each practice
- See how you feel meter after each exercise
- Ability to connect heart rate monitoring device
- Practice statistics with practice, heart rate and see how you feel information
- Leaderboard for playful practitioners

In case you want to understand how breathing and heart rate are connected, you can integrate heart rate monitor to the app (please note, not necessary for full breath practice benefits)!

Heart rate monitor can be integrated to iOS devices that support Bluetooth 4.0:
- iPhone (6 Plus, 6, 5s, 5c, 5 & 4s)
- iPad (Air, Mini, 3rd & 4th gen)
- iPod touch

Bluetooth Low Energy-compliant fitness monitor which does NOT use proprietary data formats is recommended.
