Family TRAK 911 is the Nine-One-One (9-1-1), Emergency Alert & Family location App for use in the United States & Canada.

- The Family TRAK 911 App and can assist with getting Emergency Help from Law Enforcement, Medical & Fire easier, quicker & more accurate.

- If you or your group members encounter any Danger or an Emergency the Family TRAK 911 App can instantly Alert you & other group members of the situation including where the loved one is located.

- With Family TRAK 911 you can be sure you know where your family members and loved ones are.


App Features:

* MY LOCATION - See your current location on a map.
* MY FAMILY - See the current location of all your group members.
* ALERT MY FAMILY - Send Alerts to all group members if you are in danger or trouble.
* MAKE EMERGENCY CALL - Auto dials 9-1-1 and alerts your group that a user has called 9-1-1.
* TELL THE OPERATOR YOUR LOCATION - Read out to the 9-1-1 Operator your current Geo-verified Street address including latitude/longitude.
* PLEASE CONTACT - Send/Receive Contact messages to/from other members of your group.
* ROUTE - The route to a person in your group that has activated Alert my Family or called 9-1-1.
* USERS - Ability to add/remove users easily.
* CROSS PLATFORM - Operates across both Apple iOS and Android systems (Your group can have a mix of iPhones, iPads & Android Devices).

* Any user in trouble can instantly advise all group members by pressing ALERT MY FAMILY, or when they press on MAKE EMERGENCY CALL to 911.

* CALL and EMERGENCY ALERT notifications received on family, friends or loved ones cell phones display who transmitted the Alert or made a call, their GPS location on a map, the date/time and the route to get to them. The family location function can quickly pinpoint the location of any family member.

Examples of Family TRAK 911 use:

Your loved one is alone and in danger, they open the app and simply press on ALERT MY FAMILY or during a serious emergency press on MAKE EMERGENCY CALL, which auto dials 911.

You will then instantly receive:
*A Siren notification on your cell phone from Family TRAK 000 displaying their name
*What the person in danger selected either "EMERGENCY ALERT" or "CALLED 911"
*Where they are currently located on a map
*The route to their accurate location by GPS Tracking system

HOW TO SET UP THE APP:
1. Head group member (perhaps a parent) downloads the app from iTunes.
2. Head user registers an account and receives an activation link via email.
3. Head user goes to USER and adds people (family members or loved ones).
4. Once a user has been added by the Head group member they will receive an email sent to their Email-ID. User opens a email received from Family TRAK 911, press on "CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT..." A web page will open up and display: "Family TRAK 911 : XXXX@email is now active"
5. User downloads the app from iTunes or Google Play via a link contained in the email.
6. Once the app is downloaded the user logs on with the user email ID and password contained in the Email, and they are ready to go... Simple :-)


Family TRAK 911 is free to download and use:

-FREE to use all App features for the first 7 days.
-ALWAYS free to use the "Make Emergency Call" Auto dialing 9-1-1 feature and "Tell the operator your location" function.

The Family TRAK 911 subscription of U.S $1.99 per month includes up to 6 group members and enables all the App features such as "PLEASE CONTACT", "ALERT MY FAMILY and MAKE EMERGENCY 9-1-1 CALL" Notifications, Route to person in trouble, "MY LOCATION", "MY FAMILY" location and adding/removing USERS.
