• Added alliance member’s last login time
• Attacking a mining fleet will now disable your peace diplomacy
• Added tips in chat (can be disabled in game setting)
• Added planet quest guide
• Starred mails and reports will not be deleted when using mass delete
• Optimized planet migration: if the pla­yer does not has any ongoing fleets, the­ player can migrate, even if there are a­llies' transportation, garrison and enem­ies' attacking fleets. Players will not be able to migrate if there is a war rally
