Note: FitnessTracker+ only uses existing data from your Apple Health app. If you have an iPhone 5s or newer, this data should already be in Apple Health for FitnessTracker+ to use. If your iPhone is older than that, you can either enter your data manually or use another app to send your data to Apple Health.
