Description

Ferber method, is a technique developed by Dr. Richard Ferber, to solve sleep problems of babies. This method, depends on letting the the baby to cry during a pre-determined duration and to make the baby to calm by his/herself.

Before deciding to use this method, it is recommended to gather detailed information from various sources and realize the disadvantages and advantages of the method.

'Ferberization' is actually a counter App. This App helps the parents to count down the duration that they should keep while applying the Ferber method. Thus they can count down the duration of how long they should stay outside he baby room or how long they should stay in the baby room beside baby.
