Our Pippop Early Phonics App is specifically designed to help children who are at the very start of their reading journey.

It follows the Phonics approach used in schools all over the English-speaking world.

This particular App focuses on helping children master the early letter sounds and practise the skills of blending and segmenting those sounds to read and spell words.

These skills, along with practising keyword recognition, will give children the strong foundations they need to enjoy a lifetime of reading.

If your child follows the UK curriculum, this App is relevant specifically for Reception age children. That means a Nursery aged child should find the app a stretch and it should be good consolidation tool for a children in Year 1 or Year 2 who didn't quite grasp Phonics the first time round.

As children progress through the different levels of the four games, they can create their very own certificates to celebrate their progress!
