FitBreak is the ultimate fitness application on the market. FitBreak will benefit physical education teachers, classroom teachers, personal trainers and coaches across a broad of range of sport and curriculum areas.

FitBreak contains fun, interactive, game based activities to suit participants in fitness sessions and classrooms, ranging from short warm-up activities, to full 45 minute sessions based on popular TV shows and board games from around the world. Yahtzee, Monopoly, Auction Hunters, Deal or No Deal, Chinese checkers, Cluedo and Blackjack fitness are just some examples that have been turned into fitness sessions, to engage people of all ages and ability levels.

There are 9 different categories in the FitBreak application that cater for bodyweight movements and equipment exercises. The sections include dice games, boxing sessions, warm-ups, videos, 12 week session plans, circuits, challenges, fitness games and workouts. Each section contains up to 24 different workouts. Also included in the application are 30 fitness games based around hit TV shows and popular board games.

FitBreak has the tools necessary to engage a group for a few minutes or a few hours, with all activities designed to not only create fun but also build confidence, communication and teamwork skills. Challenge your group to a short game of Bingo fitness to warm up/re-engage participants, or set up a full session with one of the highly engaging game show or board game activities.
