The Palmas Athletic Club is dedicated to bringing you the finest golf experience possible on one of our two championship 18 hole golf courses.

The Flamboyan Course, designed by Rees Jones, and named for the beautiful red or gold blooming tree found throughout Palmas del Mar and Puerto Rico. This course features wide fairways, deep bunkers and challenging greens. The Flamboyan Course is among the longest and most challenging courses in the Caribbean and has been ranked as the second best course in Puerto Rico by Golf Digest and best course on the island by Barron’s Magazine.

The Palm course designed by champion golfer Gary Player, offers a tournament-grade challenge for any avid golfer. The narrow front nine requires precise shot-making ability, with water and wind testing the player’s ability. The back nine plays completely different as longer; wider more elevated holes allow you a moment to appreciate the beauty of this course while relaxing your vigilance just a bit. Holes #14 and #16 overlook the Caribbean and Vieques and allow the player to contemplate the wonders of nature.

In addition, the Golf Club has two practice greens, a double ended driving range, clinics for all levels of play, an exciting Junior program and two golf pros to make this a premier Caribbean Club.

Main clubhouse complex consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet including golf pro shop, ladies and gentlemen’s locker/lounge area for members only, bag storage and golf cart storage facility. For your dinning pleasure: Private members’ lounge, Palm Room, Flamboyan Room and covered patio.
