Studying for your state manicuring licensing exam? If you're studying from one textbook you should know many states use an exam that references textbooks from two different publishers. That's why we use the same books they do when compiling our exam questions, so on test day you're as prepared as possible.

You can choose the length of exam you have time for, from 10 to 100 questions, and prepare anywhere. The results section of the app lets you review by category (answered, skipped, incorrect, correct, etc.) and includes answers with information on the book the question was sourced from. Many questions include explanations as well, and also highlight differences of opinion between the publishers.

We want to make sure your study time is well spent - and licensing exams vary state by state. Please check with your school to see which exam you will be taking and whether our app is appropriate for you. We've written questions using the test outline provided by The National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC®). The NIC® provide standardized tests for many state boards for licensing of Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring (Nail Technology) and Esthetic professionals.
