Using the following rule: "+1 41X XXX XXXX" will block all numbers that included from +1 410 000 0000 to +1 419 999 9999!

Just enter the phone number's country code prefix (e.g. 1 for the U.S.), enter the phone number (including the area code) that you want to range block and block it with a 8-digit precision.
