Not a dog, not a bear. It is "Notty", the mascot of Nonoichi city.
Notty is living in city hall. Nobody knows when and where it come from.

Notty has no last name although want to have one.
Notty is not a girl, nor boy.
Notty can become bigger, also become tiny.
Birthday June 9th. Birth year unknown.
Notty likes kidding and tricks, tweet sometimes.
Notty likes yummy food especially kiwi fruit.
