SignApe lets you quickly create a signup form for your MailChimp contact list. It's perfect for trade show booths or store POS iPads. Customers can enter their name and email address and they will be immediately added to your chosen list.

You can customize the form by adding your company's logo.

Requires a MailChimp account (free or paid). Runs on iPads running iOS 9.3 and up.
