Description

Woman's Plank is a 3 week program where you train to hold the plank for 2 minutes.

The training program builds your core strength and gives you a nice and flat belly if you continues to exercise after the training program.

When you're done with one exercise you can watch the progress in the tableview.

Challenge your friends by sending them an update on Twitter or Facebook.
