Description

Fit-Time is a free tabata style fitness application. It is believed that intense workouts in short bursts in rotation with short rest cycles are just as productive, possibly more so than standard 15 to 20 minute workout cycles. This timer provides four modes to help you get into shape, each level increases the difficulty just enough to enhance your results without spending an hour a day in the gym when you already have a busy schedule to juggle.
