Pharmacy Abbreviations Tutor is an app designed to learn many of the codes, shorthand and abbreviations for written prescriptions and medication and medical orders including the medical and pharmacy terminology roots words, prefixes, suffixes as well as common medical abbreviations.

The app is a helpful study aid for those studying to become pharmacy technicians, nurses, doctors and even patients of the general public interested in understanding what their doctor has prescribed for them. Quizzing of the descriptions of Schedule class numbers for restricted prescription drugs is included as well.
