As a guest of an ALICE hotel, you can use this app to connect with any hotel department at any time. With all of the content aggregated on a simple app, guests have a much-improved experience staying at the hotel.

With the ALICE Guest App, you can:

- Make requests - order room service, book a spa appointment, request a wake up call - to any department, before and during your stay, all at the push of a button.
- Real-time chat with every department, before, during and after your stay.
- Receive updates on the progress of your requests.
- For those attending a wedding on property, those guests have permission to message the wedding planners, see the wedding schedule, view the registry, and look at the photos of the couple, etc.
