Description

Turn a png or jpg into a scale 9 picture. Use in Unity or cocos scale9sprite.Use in Android .9.png.
Steps:
1. Choose a picture (PNG or JPG).
2. Set the clipping parameters.
3. Click button Capture.
4. Click button Save to save the results to the file.
