Description

For the very first time, we are delighted to present a dedicated app supporting conferences, summits and events at IHG for hotels, guests, delegates, partners and corporate.
The IHG Conference App will provide delegates with all relevant information about their events happening at IHG hotels in the palm of their hands.

The service provided by the IHG Conference App is free for all delegates and requires a free registration which can easily be done through the app. The app can support multiple conferences, events, and summits happening the same time and allows users to easily switch between them on the fly.

Users of the IHG Conference App can create a profile to provide additional value with information about company, position, e-mail, phone and more. Privacy and security are important to us hence users are always in full control over their profile and information. Users need to accept an invitation to an event before any data of their created profile is shared with that specific event only. At any time users can decide to leave an event and they profile information will be removed from that event. Further users can decline an invitation to an event straight away and no data is being shared to the declined event at all.

For privacy and security reasons all created conferences, events and summits are deleted automatically after 60 days of creation date including all content.

If you are interested in using the IHG Conference App for an IHG event or external event taking place at an IHG hotel please use the request form via www.ihg-conference.com. Furthermore, administrators of an event will be able to manage details of their events via the same platform on www.ihg-conference.com.

The IHG Conference App provides a rich set of features to enhance every event. Starting from local weather information, an agenda overview that can be updated at any time, an overview of participating delegates, communication features like chats and news, a document library, a feedback form, a picture library in which delegates can upload photos, hotel information from A to Z and much more. Almost every aspect is flexible and customisable for each event.

Much more features are already in pipeline and to be release over time.

What's New in Version 1.5

Added a new feature to share specific documents only to specific delegates.
In-App-Notifications are now available. This means if you have the app already actively open you are notified about all incoming messages from chat- or newsrooms.
You can enable and disable In-App-Notifications in the OPTIONS within the app.
