Description

Operation Owl is a national awareness-raising campaign in respect to raptor persecution. This is a UK Wildlife Crime priority. This application is to support the campaign by ensuring the public have immediate access to the information they need when out and about in the countryside when website access is restricted by poor phone signal.

The application contains details of the things the police & partners need the public to be aware of and how they can contact the relevant agencies to report suspicious activity. This, in turn, will allow the operation to tackle the ongoing issue of raptor persecution.

Use this app whenever you witness an incident and you would like to submit a report of it to The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), a report wizard will help you through the process.

What's New in Version 1.50

- Screens have been adapted to support all iPhone models from 5s upward. 
- Report Wizard now automatically saves and retrieves any unsent data. 
- List of birds of prey has been updated. All PDF resources and introductive video have been removed from the app and are downloaded on request. 
- Fixed some bugs and speed up app initialisation.
