Description

The ECG247 app is used together with the ECG247 heart sensor. The sensor attached to the chest, records the heart's electrical signals and analyzes and detects heart rhythm disorders.

Heart rhythm disorders are a common term for all irregularities compared to the normal heart rhythm. Many heart rhythm disorders are harmless, while others require medical treatment. A frequent heart rhythm disorder is atrial fibrillation. In arterial fibrillation, the heart beats irregularly and often too fast. Atrial fibrillation increases the risk of a blood clot forming in the heart. Such a blood clot can follow the large blood vessels all the way to the brain and cause a stroke.

If the ECG247 test result shows that you have a possible heart rhythm disorder, the test result must always be assessed and confirmed by a physician prior to any treatment. You can either share the test with your doctor or you can order a cardiology review from our own cardiologists online.

The heart rhythm signals have different shapes and sizes on different people. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the test will find all different heart rhythm disorders in all cases. The use of ECG247 is therefore at your own risk.

ECG247 cannot look for signs of heart attack. Always consult a doctor for symptoms from the heart.
