Zen Yoga Garage is a locally-owned, luxury yoga and fitness studio with yoga, bootcamp, barre, and hot classes and an accredited 200 hour teacher training program. Our open air garage and heated studios attract the top instructors in the Chicago yoga community. We offer the first week free to new students, and pride ourselves in welcoming beginners to both an accessible and affordable yoga practice.

It is a place for those who want more out of life, need a reminder to be present, and return to their true self. It's hot and sweaty with an edge. While our main focus is on modern yoga, we provide unique experiences in a variety of wellness disciplines to help you meet all your lifestyle goals.
