Description

This app replaces annoying paper consent forms for Tattoo and Piercing locations in New Jersey. (It is not suitable for use in other states as legal requirements vary.) It supports securely uploading final forms to Google Drive for storage, review and printing if needed. The app can be configured with the names of artists, supports photographing of IDs, and collects signatures via the touch screen. This app available courtesy of Power House Tattoo
