Seven different pathways, where little learners can uncover exciting new picture books, have fun with the characters they meet along the way, and complete lots of games and activities that make learning fun! These pathways include:
Healthy, happy me! With books and activities to explore healthy eating and think about emotions, before reflecting on starting school, resilience and team work.
Get talking: including nursery rhymes and well known stories which are great for helping children discover new words and you can also enjoy making animal noises and sound effects with your child
Let’s Move: a great opportunity to use the app together – moving and dancing as you sing along to familiar songs, learn the parts of the body, and have plenty of chances to move and sing.
Explore Words: including rhyming words that you can talk about with your child, step-by-step instructions to practice sequencing and lots of literacy and alphabet learning activities.
Number Fun: learn about size order, exploring the concept of ‘up and down’ and the concept of ‘smallest’ and ‘biggest’ as well as a host of other maths activities, and books to explore.
Get Creative: explore favourite colours, and stories that will fire up your little one’s imagination and allow them to respond. Alongside interactive stories are fun, imaginative learning activities focused on art and design.
Explore your World: discover lots of books and facts about the natural world, from insects to ducks and an A-Z of animals, with the opportunity to explore and question.

There are opportunities to see and hear new letters and sounds throughout the pathways, start to learn new words and use the app to play with concepts like rhyme, size, shape, colour and numbers. With Little Oxford, you can turn screen time into productive learning time, encouraging your child to enjoy books independently and building those skills they need to be ready for school and beyond.
