With this app you simply need to measure your waist and weigh yourself - that’s it! No messing around with callipers and no need to use a tape measure around your thighs, neck, hip etc. Just the waist will do and along with your weight measurement and an accurate body fat measurement can be given.

An overall body category is given based on body fat percentage. BMI is also shown for comparison.
