MyIdol is kind of stupid, kind of fun, and kind of creepy. A bit like your uncle who still lives with your gran and grandad. The basic premise is that you can wrap a face around a digital actor, and then have them act out silly things on your iPhone or iPad's screen. The above video explains everything you need to know to get the most out of it.

How we spent our weekend

Peter: I just bought Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, Volume 7: Battle of Loum, so I think I'll read that. Might do some baking too, if there's time.

Harry: My little sister is up from London so I'm hanging out with her and annoying people who didn't go to Groezrock with stories of Groezrock.

Danny: I'm going to buy some furniture and actually hook up my consoles. Maybe even tidy up. Won't do the dishes though. Nope.

Mark: I'm going to make my amiibos kiss each other.

Glen: Abandon this wretched world for the land of Nintendo, and help Toadette rescue the good Captain Toad.
